Biography

My family started out in the Bronx. The NY metropolitan area was a wonderful place to grow up, a vibrant place rich in culture, education and a thriving Arts community. My family had ties to show business at the Ed Sullivan Theater, where my uncle, Eddie Lynch worked. Growing up, celebrities and show business people were both household names and customers of my dad's who worked across the street at a Cadillac Dealership. My mom worked as a model. Our family was part of show business glamour.

I am currently accepting new students. I am a master-level teacher who has taught over 1,200 students. I work to integrate traditional studies with each student's unique interests and learning style. I offer 45-minute or one-hour lessons. I teach classical, jazz, blues, pop and improvisational styles. Lessons focus on technique, harmonic studies and repertoire to meet the goals and interests of the student.
